Chocolate chip cookie base
Chocolate, coffee & Kahlua creamux

Chocolate Mascarpone Cream
240ml – Whipping cream
240g – Dark chocolate (72% cocoa)
100g – Mascarpone
~ Bring the cream to a quick boil and take it off the heat. Pour it over the chopped chocolate and allow it to melt before stirring to combine completely. Place it in the fridge to cool it.
~ Once the chocolate ganache is cold, whisk it with mascarpone until the cream has thickened.
150g – Dark chocolate (72% cocoa)
150g – Double cream
1 tbspn – Corn syrup/ honey
~ Bring the cream and syrup to a quick boil and take it off the heat. Pour it over the chopped chocolate and allow it to melt before stirring to combine completely. Once it has cooled slightly (reached body temperature), pour it over the finished cake.
